Canada: Workplace Stress Costing Business $4.5-$10 Billion per Year

According to [1] this article reducing workplace stress could cut costs and unleash worker productivity. Addressing rankism in the workplace is an important first step. In my own opinion, reducing scrutiny of relationships with former managers in job interviews would also alleviate stress: the dictum to always speak well of previous managers can really burden job-seekers with stressful truth-conflicts if their previous manager was an outrageous bully.
