Lying as Corporate Strategy

[1] This article describes many of the “strategic” lies that companies engage in, often at the expense of defenseless subordinate employees.

Last night a person with HR experience also gave me a good tip that I hope will be useful to others: HR keeps multiple files on each employee (four or more). Therefore, employees shouldn’t ask to see their file - they should invoke their legal right to see *all* their files.
