Fuller has named the behavior of “rankism” whereby individuals and groups use their status in society to abuse others of lesser rank. He proposes “dignity” be recognized as a universal right. Helping Fuller communicate the importance of the Dignity Movement is Elisa Cooper, who is my co-host on this Blog Carnival.
