rankism and All Rise, which describes a dignitarian society committed to overcoming it.
I couldn’t find the interview on C-Span. They have the most recent Washington Journal interviews but not the one from 6/26/06. I couldn’t find it using the search feature either. I’d sure like to view it.

Darn – it’s definitely off the board. I have a digital copy, but it’s around 50mb. I’ve been trying to cut it up into short segments, but the audio has been slipping out of sync with the video. I will definitely post an announcement as soon as I can share the C-Span clips.
If there are any video mavens out there who can help me, please let me know!
